The purpose of this application is to monitor extra disk activity, based on the notifications sent by the Windows file system or Shell.

This utility is using only the core API to keep the size of the WINDEV's framework as small as possible, aka:
- virtual machine.
- math functions.
- standard functions.
A small DLL named zSHAPI.dll, provided with source code, is used to ease the call of the "SHGetPathFromIDList" API, that i was unable to let it work directly in WL.
