The original version of this project was written in 2007 with WD9.
This one is the update to WINDEV version 17+, and the latest GDImage graphic Library.

The purpose of this demo is to expose a friendly interface, based on mouse hover animated icon, to fire an event just like when you select from a menu or press a button.

All the animations are managed from a unique WM_TIMER, and from the message loop of the "Timer_Window" created directly with the low level Windows SDK API.
