"The Movie Data Base" is an internet service that allows you to retrieve the synopsis of a film or a TV movie with the image of the poster or DVD.

The only constraint, to find the right information, is to use the exact name corresponding to the title of the film.

The attached project includes TMDB.dll (specific GDImage DLL) which allows you to easily use the Internet API in a WINDEV project.

As an example, the TMDB functions are integrated in the attached FFplayer application.
If successful, the [TMDB] button will display the corresponding information, as well as an introductory image which fades when the movie starts.

The information is stored in the "TMDB" folder with the presentation image (.jpeg), as well as a reproduction of the film poster in .jpg format, which uses a compound format comparable to tags in an mp3 file, the data are stored at the end of the poster.jpg file.
